The images in this Pepsi sponsored Super Bowl video were originally created for a flip book. The flip book was designed to be an invitation for an event sponsored by Pepsi for the Super Bowl XLVIII. The digital illustrations were then put together to create this short stop motion video.
The Method
I took the illustrations, created by Kevin Fales, and inverted them to be reversed with white line on black. I masked out all the animated color elements. I edited the still images together in sequence and animated the frames using After Affects.
